Homebuyer reviews
“The most detailed and professional inspection report I have ever seen. He found a critical plumbing issue under the master bathroom that would have cost us over $8,000 to repair. Thanks to his thoroughness, the seller covered the entire repair before closing.”
“As a first-time homebuyer, I was incredibly nervous. Mr. Home Inspect was patient, thorough, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He spent over three hours on our inspection and walked us through every finding.”
“The level of detail in the report was amazing. High-resolution photos, clear annotations, and an organized summary made it easy to prioritize repairs. Three different contractors commented on how professional it was.”
“We hired Mr. Home Inspect for our 11-month warranty inspection. He found 23 items — including a significant HVAC installation issue and improper flashing — all of which the builder repaired at no cost to us.”

“What sets him apart is his ability to communicate complex issues without alarming buyers unnecessarily — while still giving a complete, honest picture. Fair, balanced, and thorough.”
