Meet Mr. Home Inspect
27 years in construction. One job: get it right.
Mr. Home Inspect is a one-inspector shop on purpose. You get me on the roof, in the attic, and on the phone afterward — not a rotating crew and a generic PDF. I built this practice after decades in construction, because I was tired of reports that hid behind jargon.
I'm an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. That means a published standard of practice, continuing education, and an ethics code I actually follow. I work residential properties across Orange County and the surrounding cities, with a home base at 322 Culver Boulevard, Playa del Rey, CA.
The baseball-cap mascot is the fun part. The work is serious: thermal imaging, drone roofs, moisture meters, and a report you can hand to a contractor without translating it first.
How I work
I encourage you to attend. Walking systems together is the fastest way to understand a house — and it means the written report is a recap, not a shock. Most inspections take two to four hours depending on size and age. The digital report follows within 24 hours, and follow-up questions are always included.
